Amazon Synchrony CC-503

This credit card has constantly had issues downloading into my Quicken Classic account (Windows 11, latest version R58.18). I have not been able to connect for weeks, and I have followed all of the procedures in the Quicken quick help guide. Anyone else having issues like this? I know my userid and password is correct.

If you have already followed the instructions found in this support article regarding error CC-503, and they do not resolve this error for you, then as stated at the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
