Continued Nationwide Issues - $0 Balance

Quicken for Mac has not correctly displayed my Nationwide retirement account balance since September 12, 2024. This has been an on-going issue that spans months.

  • My connected Nationwide Retirement (401k) account displays a $0 balance
  • I do not receive any sync errors when updating the account
  • I originally experienced this issue in Q1 2024 before it seemingly resolved itself
  • It was working between May-September
  • My Quicken app is up to date (currently version 7.10)
  • Updating the connection does not resolve the issue
  • My other accounts are working fine

Other Quicken users experienced this issue earlier this year without a clear explanation:

Here's an example screenshot when attempting to re-connect the account. It briefly shows the correct balance in the setup wizard but $0 in the account menu and portfolio page.

I have submitted this issue using the "Report a Problem" option in Quicken. However, this has been a recurring issue, and I want more visibility on this so it can be permanently addressed.
