Credit union discontinued supporting Quicken - can I import via CSV file

Began having difficulties with the Update Now when down loading my account a few months ago. My credit union had an option where I can download a .QFX file and that worked. Now when I try that I get the message " Quicken is unable to verify the Financial Institution information for this download. Please try again later." I am on windows 10 using Quicken Premier that I have an annual subscription for. I updated Quicken and rebooted my system and got the same message. I messaged my Credit Union and they simply replied they no longer support quicken. Do I have any options? Can I import a .CSV file? Any thoughts other than changing financial institutions? Mobility Credit Union is my current financial institution. Been with them for a long time and been using quicken more than 30 years. HELP!

Yes, you can if you convert the CSV file to a QIF file.

I suggest using ImportQIF by QuicknPerlWiz to do the conversion and initiate the import. I use it and it works great. The author does a great job of supporting it and it is FREE.

Quicken does automatically enter them into the register, so there is no acceptance process (this is by Quicken's design) and sadly the balance in the Account Bar is not updated until some event (I'm not sure what is required, I know a backup causes an update) causes it to be updated. Not a big deal once you are aware of it, but it does make you worry about it at first.
