Quicken Classic Starter stopped "seeing" Capital One Savings

I'm using Quicken Classic Starter on Windows 10. Quicken has been updating Capital One Credit Card and Savings just fine until October, and then it started displaying the CC-506 for the savings account. I have the latest release. I have not closed the account. I tried the deactivation/reactivation for just the savings account, but it didn't change anything as Quicken only "sees' the credit card. I tried deactivating/reactivating both accounts, but same result. So I am following the "Contact Quicken Support for assistance. Your financial institution cannot resolve this issue." path now.

Thanks, Jasmine. I contacted Support directly. Although my issue was originally with updating an existing account, Support believes that this post about adding new credit cards is probably why the update quit working and the deactiving/reactivating scenario completely broke the connect. https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7957301/quicken-classic-starter-stopped-seeing-capital-one-savings
