Quicken still adding its own entries to adjustable rate table

Ongoing issue for 12 years now across every subsequent release of Quicken Business for Windows. Quicken randomly adds its own entries to the adjustable rate table, changing the loan payment, which breaks downloaded transaction matching and requires manual loan editing to finish reconciliation. Also, upon reaching 9 entries in that table, you lose the ability to edit/delete those entries Quicken decided to add.

Issue has been present for 12 years across 3 of my separate data files; support has acknowledged the issue in 2020.

Any movement on when this will be fixed? 12 years and close to $1000 in subscription/software charges….And can we not close the topic so quickly so other users with the same problem can chime in and help provide additional information? Maybe multiple sanitized data files from a broad range of affected users will help pin this down, but if it's closed after one response that can't happen.

Quicken Classic Business and Personal; R59.18 Build 27.1.59.18, Windows 11 Professional
All validation and super validations across all data files pass with no errors.

Have you been able to correlate the entries to any action or event? I am assuming the spurious entries do not occur each month?
