USAA Pending transaction are *still* not downloading [Edited]
As I originally posted in April 2024, Quicken's new feature to download pending transactions is still not working. Today I upgraded to R59.18 and it's still not fixed. Account access works, but no pending transactions. I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise.
Quicken closed the original post without acknowledging or addressing the problem. Has anyone seen this working?

To help troubleshoot this issue, I reviewed our help article on pending transactions and the discussion you linked.
I notice the help article does indicate that pending transactions will be visible in Quicken only if the financial institution sends that information to Quicken.
The earlier discussion you linked speculated that pending transactions showing on the USAA website as Category Pending (in the Category column) may be the cause or a contributing factor to the issue.
Have you spoken with USAA about this issue?
