Is there an issue with stock quotes have not been able to download since yesterday.

All of mine are up to date. Are there particular ones that are affected for you?

Mine are updated also. Are you getting any kind of error? Are you doing a one step update or just update quotes?

The quote screen opens and then immediately closes with nothing updated in any account.

Closed Quicken and rebooted the computer and everything seems to be working with quotes.

Rebooting the computer did not stop the problem going forward it is the same thing it again.

No quote updates since October 24. I have tried validating file (no errors), rebooting, reinstalling, logging off, turning quotes on and off. It continues to look like it does the update when I manually run bank account updates, but no new quote information is imported.

Go to Tools > Security List and check that Download Quotes is checked for your securities. Also the securities must have valid ticker symbols and you must currently hold them or Watch List must be checked.

Thanks for the suggestion. This does not change the behavior. Even when I look at individual securities. It says data as of 10/24 and when I press the update button or ask to get historical prices it does not work.

One minor change: I unselected all of the securities for downloading quotes then made sure to only add one or two that I own as a test. Now the results went from saying "17 quotes and investing headlines updated" (even though nothing was updated) to "0 quotes and investing headlines updated" which is more truthful but I do have 3 or 4 selected.

There have not been widespread complaints about quotes not updating.
Can you give examples of the ticker symbols of securities that are not getting quote updates for you?

AHLT, AHLYX, FYLD, IWM, IVOL for example. I usually have a total of about 17. In the past I have had periods where they do not update but then they catch up. This is the longest I remember. Sent a report in and received no response from Quicken. Kind of BS considering we pay for this subscription.

The only easy to engage Quicken Support is to contact them during business hours via phone or chat.
As the instructions say when you use the Help > Report a Problem link, you will not receive a response to those submissions. They use them to help diagnose and prioritize problems.
