Download investment account with securities in multiple currencies?

I just moved a brokerage relationship to JP Morgan. At my old broker, securities in different currencies were in different accounts thereby segregating securities by currencies. But at JPM, they put all the securities in a single account regardless of currency. Therefore, when I do a transaction download, all the securities are downloaded.

Any one have a best practice for downloading securities from JPM? I don't mind setting up an account for each currency but not sure how to get the right securities into the account.
