Chase Transactions not Downloading
I am running Win 10 & Quicken Premier. I understand there have been many posts on others having the same issue . I have Chase credit cards & banking accounts.
I have gone in Deactivated and then reactivated many times. A few days after transactions downloaded then stopped.
Also reconnected the account, go to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts, making sure to carefully relink the account to the correct name in Quicken.
Is anyone else experiencing these same issues and the methods to correct.

When you reauthorize a Chase account are you first deactivating all of your Chase accounts?

Hi Boatnmanic:
I went in and deactivated all Chase accounts and then reactivated them . Two transactions did download . We will see if future transactions download . Thank you for your help
