Quicken download is out of control!

I reconcile my accounts daily. Over the past few months I've noticed in downloaded transaction, it duplicates them over several days. If that's not bad enough, in my bank accounts, it's not only duplicating them but also entering and clearing them. Yesterday my balance were reconciled, then today I did an online update and it showed red flag by a couple of my bank accounts, but yesterday was a bank holiday. Sure enough, my online to Quicken balances were off and, when I looked, there were several items that had been duplicated or tripled. All of my settings, for automatic entry, are set to off. This is getting ridiculous! What has happend to Quicken?

    I also download and reconcile daily and don't have the issues you are having. That's with credit cards, bank accounts and investment accounts. Some are direct connect, most are EWC+.

    On occasion, I do get a dupe, usually due to pending transactions that were input using the bill reminder and failed to match up. I usually catch it before reconciling and manually match them.

    Quicken 59.18 on Win 11. I don't use Quicken Web or Mobile.

    I download daily myself. The only accounts I consistently have a problem with are Paypal and Paypal Credit. Duplicate downloads after a reset is the typical problem with Paypal. A straight up broken connection is a frequent occurrence with Paypal Credit. The other problem is Quicken frequently mis-assigns the payment source when I use Paypal and use one of the payment sources I have linked to Paypal.

    I find that the first level technical support at Quicken isn't very well versed in how the connections works between Quicken, Intuit, and the financial institutions.
