Can't set up Chase accounts with transaction download

Hi, longtime Quicken for Business user on Windows 10. Trying to re-set up accounts for download. All accounts went well, except for Chase credit card accounts, which, after going through the Set Up Online and logging into my Chase account within a browser, goes to a blank web page withe Chase branding at the top.

I see this same issue was identified in the past with Chase and JP Morgan. I disabled all ad blockers and changed default browser, but I get the same result on both Chrome and Edge.

Can you help? Thanks!

You might want to try temporarily disabling all browser extensions. I and many other have posted that this finally seems to work. For me it turned out that the 2 extensions that blocked the reauthorization set up process have been Malware Bytes and Ad Blocker Ultimate. For someone else it was a VPN extension and for another it was an extension for their anti-malware software and for another it was a password manager. Others have said they are not sure which extension(s) caused the issue but temporarily disabling all of them allowed the reauthorization process to complete properly.

If that doesn't work, if any of your browser privacy or security settings are set to high, temporarily set them to standard or recommended. And make sure that cookies are allowed for Chase.com….or at least are not blocked.

Since I've been doing this (since last Mar/Apr) I have never had any issues reauthorizing my EWC+ account setups for any financial institution, regardless of whether I set Firefox, MS Edge or Chrome as my default browser. (BTW, I generally have Firefox set as my default.)

Also, I have heard (cannot verify) that Duck-Duck-Go does not work well with the reauthorization process. So if you are using that then maybe temporarily change your default to another.

Thank you for kindly sharing this suggestion. It worked instantly. I had turned off most but not all of the extensions.

    Have a great night,
