2024 year for Tax Planning

When I try to choose 2024 in the year drop-down for Tax Planning, it will not allow the choice. Instead, QW Premier will only allow 2023, which is the only other choice, and is the default. This is addressed in the Tx Planner Options window….
How can I change that? Are you folks aware of this problem?
Looking at the past posts, you seemed to have the same problem three years ago.
I never saw any solution, or answer, to that post, back then…….

I can choose 2024 in QWin R59.18. What version of QWin are you using? Do Help > About Quicken to find out.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.

I was totally surprised to see these two replies!
My version was R49.18, not R59……
I was of the opinion that updates were more or less automatic…..!
Since Quicken seems unconcerned in keeping my paid software up-to-date, how often should I be expected to manually check…
Apparently, every time I use it!!!!!!?????
QW user since it's inception for DOS 3.1….
BTW: The R59 update did solve this problem. Thank-you….!

@capt36 When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as your "Membership Valid thru" date?

And the "automatic" part of program updates is partially dependent upon your Win security settings. You could have inadvertently blocked
Q from updating while intending to do something else.
