CITI Bank OSU download wipes previously entered Memo entries clear

Added to the pending transaction, a descriptive memo and other things, like categories from my receipts. Saved the addition.

BUT - when OSU does it's thing and updates, the memo entries are deleted and blank. Had to get some information from a previous backup to re-enter the memo information. So, unlike the way it's worked since day one, since the repair of October, this memo behavior is new and unwanted. Update shouldn't wipe my memo entry clean. Anyone else?

    Did it again today. Tuesday CITI/COSTCO bank OSU wiped out all my memos for the pending transactions, cleared my payee and substituted a two word description and I had to do it all over again and re-enter records into Quicken. I have never had my memos wiped off the ledger before, by doing OSU. This isn't a great thing folks. Some coding really needs to be looked at. I just started doing the pending transactions, so I guess I have to go back to just waiting and doing it then. BUT there is no reason for a pending transaction to be cleared by using OSU. It should just match and that's all.

    It seems like the CITI bank/COSTCO card problems of October reveal that QUICKEN does not have a robust team for beta testing and that the staff that actually works on the coding is very small and they do not have team meetings to discuss issues.
