Citibank-Quicken links offline until 1 Qtr 2025!
I have been trying to download my investment portfolio data from Citibank this week without success. "Failure to connect"
Having spent 45 minutes on the phone with the Quicken helpdesk, we were unable to resolve the problem from the Quicken side.
I called Citibank this morning (800-846-5200) and was advised that an email from Citibank was sent out just this morning (November 14, 2024) to brokers and the Citibank helpdesk people that due to problems on the Citibank side, all connections with Quicken and Citibank will be down indefinitely. I did not inquire if this includes Citicards as I do not have one.
It is "hoped" that this will be resolved sometime in the first quarter of 2025.
Can anyone at Quicken help Citibank get this going sooner?
