Vanguard accounts have wrong balances

My accounts in Vanguard don’t match my Quicken. Can I delete the accounts and start over?

Sure you can. You can do whatever you want.
But if you are treating Quicken as a black box expecting it to magically tell you everything about your finances, you will continue to find yourself in this type of predicament. I suggest you spend some time trying to figure out WHY the accounts don't match. Are share numbers wrong? Are funds not showing? Are the prices of the securities off? Is some form of cash balance missing? Are transactions missing? Were the balances right at some time and now off? Are they off by a lot or by pennies? Lots of possibilities.
