Cannot Add Teacher Retirement System of Texas Account

I saw this comment thread: https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/5835/adding-teacher-retirement-system-of-texas-does-not-work

I did reach out to TRS and they said "TRS does not have affiliation with that company. The company could be blocking access because TRS is a government pension." (and obviously misunderstood that Quicken was blocking TRS instead of TRS blocking Quicken).

The error is CC-555 after entering the username and password (no MFA validation like the post above).

What are the next steps to fix this?

OK, they DO appear to be a Participating Financial Institution with Q and Intuit:

Teacher Retirement System of Texas https://www.trs.texas.gov/Pages/Homepage.aspx NA https://mytrs.texas.gov/MbrSelfService/SSSALogin.action ACTIVE BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT

    SO, have you seen this?

Also, the link that you posted is for Simplifi … not the Q desktop product. SO, that link has next to no relevance to your issue … unless you're running Simplifi … in which case your message should be in that forum, not here.
