Vanguard download issues since 10/30/24

I have 4 accounts with Vanguard. 3 download without a problem. 1 IRA has stopped downloading (direct connect) transactions and pricing on bonds. I have reset and deactivated but get the same result.

The one step update indicates an error has occurred, but I can't find anything to help me solve what the error is.

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Quicken Classic Business & Personal Version R59.35 Build 27.1.59.35
