Quicken classic premium win10 does not register (in bank account) recurring deposit transaction

I see recurring deposit transactions as 'uncleared' transactions on the day, but they disappear following day and do not get registered.

Currently, I have to Manually then add these transactions.

Note that "Reconcile to Online Balance" is Not checked, and Quick / Bank balances are in sync.

Does anybody know the cause / fix? Any known configuration / code issue?

PS: I also noticed many times quicken does not register expenses, of which seemingly similar transaction took place in past - no recognized pattern identified though
