Robinhood Account - Cash Amounts not Matching

I have a Robinhood stock account. Today I added in any recent transactions in Quicken. I noticed that the total account value was lower than what Robinhood said. The "Total Market Value" was $377 lower than what the site said. So I checked my stocks and all the quantities matched. Also, the "Cash Balance" matched Robinhood as well. I pulled the "Holdings" menu and after all of my stocks were listed, it showed a "Cash" line of $-$377. So in the ledger view, it shows the correct cash value of $2, but in the holdings window it shows this -377 which is pulling down my securities total. If I tell it to update my cash balance, it puts a plug in there and throws my cash balance way off.

Why is the cash value on the right side of the ledger and on the bottom right of the ledger view, but in the holdings summary it shows this extra -$377 worth of cash? How do I get rid of that?

One other thing. Previously I had set up the web connection but didnt like it because Robinhood only supports Simple transactions, I wanted to get complete. So my guess is it had something to do with that. It's just driving me crazy because I cannot find an erroneous line item. Its almost like its out of sync with itself.

thanks

Have you validated your data file? Sometimes that corrects issues like you describe.

Go to File > Copy or backup file and back up your data just in case.

Then go to File > Validate and Repair File and validate the file.

Please let us know if that fixes it.

Thanks for the reply. That was actually the first thing I tried and it did not work.

I just figured it out. There were some old transaction that had an N/A for the investment value. I believe they were transferred stocks. By adjusting that value, it cleared it up.
