sidebar shows higher number than account balance on right-difference is cash number which is being c

Have been running Quicken for Windows via Parallels on a Mac for several years. Recently decided to try Quicken for Mac. Have found a problem in some accounts; cash is being counted twice so that sidebar total for account is too high by the cash amount. Total on right side of screen is OK. These are accounts at Fidelity. Tried to do a manual purchase of the relevant money market fund using the "cash" balance and thought it would then show cash as zero and the correct money market total but couldn't do a manual purchase. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help.

In my Fidelity accounts, any money in core is shown as the account's cash balance; for example, accounts with the core position set to SPAXX do not show an investment in SPAXX. So I would try deleting any transaction that purchases or adds shares in the core position & see if that clears things up.
