Windows Downloads broken

Since October, my credit union accounts: checking, savings, and two credit cards all show "Activate Downloads". I was able to get all except the credit cards going again. During the reactivation, they don't show up. I am pretty sure they were express web connect. Now the checking show Direct Connect.

Quicken support basically said I would need to download QFX files from now on (ugh).

It's worked since 2010, so don't quite understand what happened. We tried a new "test" file and it seems like it worked. I really don't want to lose all my stock trade history for the year.

It kind of looks like I could export and then import?

I would try restoring a known-good backup data file.

What bank or credit union are you working with?
Are the credit cards with the same bank or credit union as your other accounts?

Not all banks support "Direct Connect" as a download method. Some banks this year have stopped supporting Direct Connect and now only support Express Web Connect (or a variation, Express Web Connect+). Either way, all accounts with the same bank need to be connected using the same method.
