RENAME entry in Password Vault

Allow the rename of an entry in the Password Vault —- so it matches better which institution is downloading. This is BOTH the Account/Institution and UserName.

Great example is Synchrony Bank's (non-VISA/MC) customer business specific accounts. There can be MANY accounts that get downloaded on a single "Account/Institution" so the name is NOT Synchrony as the first used wins. —- SAME for user name changes — still shows ORIGINAL NAME - not new name and no way to change it.
