PNC direct connect on windows 11
We seem to be having the same problem with PNC direct connect that we had with Citi Bank. I can't download any transactions. I usually do that every day. Download summary says no transactions but otherwise no errors. Reconnecting works perfectly, but nothing is downloaded. After fiddling for awhile, Quicken marked the account 'closed'. I was able to download transactions using web connect, but that doesn't allow me to pay bills directly. I have to print them. I solved the 'closed' problem by using a backup from before the problem, but I still can't download using direct connect.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Are all of your accounts with PNC connected by Direct Connect, or are some also connected via Express Web Connect? You can check this by going to Tools>Account List, clicking the Edit button next to the problem account(s), clicking the Online Services tab, then checking what it shows in the upper left.
Since you mentioned there are no error messages and transactions are failing to download, I'd recommend that you start troubleshooting by following the steps in this article on missing transactions/transactions not downloading:
