Attachments not showing (again)

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Kristina, I received notification from Quicken that my ticket was closed, but without any communication the problem was fixed. Note: I just saved an attachment today, and I cannot open it. Bottom line, an apparent embedded attachment file location size too small, or file association problem. Seems like something that should be an easy programming fix. I am perplexed why Quicken apparently chooses to ignore. Please re-escalate to the best of your ability. Thank you, Richard.
