Kohls card connected, but no transactions downloaded into Quicken.

I was able to successfully connect my old Kohl's store credit card (I do not have the new Capital One Visa), and supposedly download my transactions. I disconnected and reconnected a few times , especially because I saw that the card number format looks to be a 16-digit format like the Visa will be, and I wanted to be sure that it was my store card number that was being captured. The message says that transactions were downloaded, but there are none there to review and accept. I know that there are new transactions within the past month because I currently have a balance online, but these transactions were not downloaded. I can't figure out where they are going.
