Why does an account not show up on the Accounts Balance Report?

I have an account that is not hidden, it has data and the dates are in 2023. But, this account will not show up the Accounts Balance Report. Why?

    In the Account Balances: Click on the upper right Gear icon and then click on the Accounts tab. Scroll down the list of accounts. If the box for the account in question is not checked, check it and then click on OK.
