Downloaded stock closing prices are not always up-to-date.

I have posted this before but there is still a problem. (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7956468/downloaded-stock-closing-prices-are-not-always-up-to-date#latest)

For VWOB on 11/19/24 the price is 65.25 and Quicken gives 65.14. Again, this needs to be fixed and there needs to be transparency as to where Quicken gets its prices. This a fundamental issue and downloaded prices is one of the reasons users tolerate the price increases.

It has been reported that for some ETFs Quicken sometimes downloads the NAV price and sometimes the closing trade price. Is this what you are seeing?

    See this discussion

Also if the Real time quotes option is selected and you update quotes after the market has closed, Quicken will download prices from after hours trading, which you probably do not want.

Thanks. I usually download multiple closing prices at the end of each month. VWOB is usually "incorrect" and sometimes 2 or 3 others are not correct as well. Whenever I get an incorrect number, all the other services I can use to get a closing price (Yahoo, excel, my broker, etc.) are always consistent with each other and presumably correct. I fail to see why Quicken cannot be consistent with them. Either fix a bug, or use a better stock quote service.
