Repeating OL 232 A Error Central Bank of KY

I am experiencing the subject error on a frequent basis with Central Bank of KY over several days. It does not occur everyday but is frequent. I have changed nothing with the accounts and can readily log in and work with the accounts without issue.

    I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    I invite you to review this FAQ regarding OL-232 errors with Quicken. It provides more information as well as troubleshooting steps, which you can also find below. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.

    1. Choose the Tools menu > Online Center.
    2. Select the financial institution you want to update from the Financial Institution dropdown menu.
    1. Hold down CTRL+Shift+F3 on your keyboard and click Contact Info at the top of the Online Center.
    1. Select the financial institution you want to update and click Refresh. The branding and profile information will be listed under the current status as "needs updating."
    2. Click OK.
    3. Click Update/Send, enter your PIN, and complete the update to get the latest branding and profile information for this financial institution.
