Net Worth inaccurate

I am a 30-year Quicken user but I have an issue that stumps me. My Net Worth calculation is incorrect, but not everywhere. The Net Worth figure under my account bar is accurate. However, the net worth figure on my dashboard and reports calculation is too high by about $3 million. I have searched and searched for the root of the inaccuracy but cannot find it. Any suggestions?
