This has been going on for a couple of days now. It says the issue is on the Quicken server. Is there a solution pending?

    Hello @Tominator,

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. What is the exact error message you are seeing with that CC-501 error code? There are two different errors with the same code, and the troubleshooting is slightly different for each one. Also, please go to Help>Report a Problem and send a Problem Report with log files attached. Often, the logs are necessary to determine the cause of the issue.

I look forward to your response!

This is the error. Happens every time. There is no way of seeing the rest of the error as this dialog box doesn't properly wrap text.

    Thank you for your reply,

When I review the log files, I'm not finding any errors showing with Chase. To start troubleshooting this, please backup your Quicken file, then log out of Quicken and back in again.

To log out of Quicken, please go to Edit>Preferences>Quicken ID and Cloud Accounts. Then, click the blue "Sign in as a different user" link.

In the confirmation window that comes up, type "yes", then click the Sign Out button.

Quicken will log you out, then bring you back to the login screen. Log back into your Quicken file and test to see if the issue persists.

Please let me know how it goes!
