Failed to backup

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I am unable to backup my quicken file. The directory path its saved to is C:\Users\berni\QuickenW
I am not running Dropbox. When I run the resource monitor on my computer I show 2 instances of qw.exe running. I believe that is the reason for this error. Please verify. I am running the latest version Build 27.1.60.15 Version R60.15

Is this the auto backup or manual? Is this the first time this has happened or has this been happening for a while?
Anyway, most likely. Close Quicken, then see if the task is still running. Either end the task or reboot. If you reboot, check task manager. There should be no Quicken task running. Launch Quicken. Try your backup.
