Arvest Bank - Fayetteville, AR error CC-929

My Arvest bank downloads stopped about a week ago. When I try to reactivate I get the message Oops. We're having a problem CC-929.

Windows. I can log in to my account on the Arvest website.

    Hello @Karl Hanson,

    A CC-929 error usually occurs if you have unsuccessfully attempted to add accounts to Quicken too many times. I invite you to review the instructions below to attempt to resolve this issue. It is recommended that a backup be saved before proceeding. You can also find more information in this Support Article.

    To resolve this issue

    First, wait one hour. Then, sign out of Quicken and sign back in:

    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
    2. Click Sign in as a different user.
    1. Type "yes" to confirm and click Sign Out.
    2. After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
    3. Attempt to add your account again.
