Wells Fargo Accounts out of sync

I have a couple accounts that are out of sync with Wells Fargo. This happened in the last 7-10 days. Quicken shows a balance that is understated by several thousand dollars in two accounts. how do I get them back in sync?

Hello @Michael R,
What type of accounts are these that are experiencing this (i.e.: checking, savings, investments, etc)? Have you checked to make sure you are not missing any transactions or that the opening balance is correct?
Also, where is your data file located on your computer? Is it in a folder located in your local hard drive (C: Drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc)?
