Trying to Sell a Stock, but the Specify Lots is Greyed Out

I'm trying to sell stock that I have in an investment account. The "Specify Lots" is Greyed out, and I can't figure out why. Everything online points to change it to average cost, but that option is only for mutual funds. Does anyone know why it would be greyed out?
