Please review this support article regarding error OL-361-A.
As stated in the article, you will need to contact your financial institution for further assistance:
"Your financial institution has downloaded confirmation of a transfer instruction for your account that does not exist in your Quicken data file. Contact your financial institution for assistance with this problem."
Note that it may be helpful to ask to speak with a supervisor or a Tier 2 rep as they will likely be more familiar with Quicken-related issues than frontline agents will be.
