Quicken Classic for Windows Crashes while in Bills and Income section
I've experienced several crashes while in the Bills and Income section. I have reported each of these as they have occurred. The crash seems to happen most often after clicking on the "+" to add a new online biller or during one of the steps to do so. Is this a known issue? Or do I need to get together with Quicken support?

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When did this issue first start? Was there anything that happened around the same time, such as a program/computer update, power outage, or an unexpected program/computer shutdown? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is the file synced with any cloud service, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?

The issue started about 3 days ago. The file is on my local hard drive and is synced with both OneDrive and Dropbox. When I check for updates, it shows that I have the latest version. Would the patch make any difference in that case?

It is the first troubleshooting step, since if the issue is being caused by the update not installing correctly, reinstalling may correct the issue.
