Citi accounts disappeared from my One Step Update main window
Troubled history with the new iteration of One Step Update, for Citi checking, savings, and credit card accounts. Total of four. Is it worth my time to re-establish all the account links?
I installed the new access method OSP about 3 weeks ago, and mostly it worked. Then about a week ago executing a OSP did exactly nothing, so i've had to revert to manual downloads, account by account. (ugh!)
Is Citi having troubles with their side, or is OSP buggy? Is this a good time or not to reconnect all my accounts to OSP?
Been using Quicken (and TurboTax) since DOS days in 1990s. Now using Quicken subscription on Windows.

Not quite sure what OSP is, but if you're referring to One Step Update (OSU), there's not a new "iteration" that I"m aware of. Simply Resetting your accounts may resolve your issue. Failing that, reconnecting the accounts (Deactivate/Reactivate) would be the solution.
My Citi account never failed.
