One Step Update will not save the accounts to update

This bug is over a year old and many people have posted about it. I still have the problem, no real solutions have been suggested. This doesn't seem like it requires much work to diagnose if you are a developer.

Yes, I have the latest version, running on WIndows 10 on a lenovo laptop. I have used Quicken for over 20 years.

Yes, I have validated and super-validated.
