I see this has been reported but still not downloading CC bills. When I setup the bill Elan sends a 6 digit code but Quicken never open a screen to set the 6 digit code. It just keeps authorizing until it times out.

Quicken Windows latest version.

    Hello @Robert Ralyea,

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Since you specifically mention Elan, are you trying to connect using the Elan Financial Services online biller?

    When I check the status of that biller in our system, it shows degraded status. Degraded means the majority of customers are unable to connect. It is a known issue that is being worked on, but we do not have an ETA.

    If you're trying to connect to a different online biller, or are having trouble connecting to the financial institution (rather than the online biller), please provide additional details so I can help you troubleshoot the problem.

    I still can't retrieve bills. I get a code texted to me but Quicken does not open a page to enter the code. [Edited - Readability]

    Since you're still encountering the same issue, if you haven't already done so, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers.  However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

    If the issue persists after that, please attempt to connect, and if possible, do not delete the connection, so that we can report this issue to the proper channels.
