Has anyone else had all their Chase Visa transations wiped out in an update?

I started up and did a one-step update to get my most recent transactions. I've been traveling for several weeks, so this is the first time I've done this in a while.

I have two Chase Visa cards. The United card has all the existing transactions removed. I have to download and reconcile them again by scratch. Very strange. It's hundreds of transactions — luckily I've had the card for less than a year, at least.

I'm presuming this is part of the problems with Chase — but has anyone else had this happen? It's weird — even opening a backup has had this issue.

If a backup had the same problem, it suggests that the problem existed before the OSU. Which would indicate a seriously corrupted Q data file and not a program problem.

What actions have you tried to correct the issue?

AND, I have 2 Chase Visa cards … and neither has any transaction or downloading problem.

I would first try Resetting the account. If that fails, deactivate and reactive the account.
