Downloading error

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

After downloading, my account balance on one of my credit cards does not match with the Quicken transactions balance. However, when I hit the reconcile button, it says the accounts are not reconciled. There is clearly a difference between the entered and the balance of the online account. This is with Chase and when I go to the online account, it shows those transactions missing in Quicken as cleared. Are you having an issue getting Chase entries into the Quicken account?

    Sorry, it says they are reconciled and does not give me the opportunity to correct within Quicken.
