Ability to define subscription services.
I think a nice feature would be the ability to list subscription services, that I currently subscribe too. It would include the expiration date with a pre-expiration reminder/alert. The reminder would allow me to cancel services I no longer use before they roll over. This would also allow for my heirs to identify these and cancel them upon my death.

This is as good a place as any to underline the dates and alerts feature you are working on. For me, this makes LifeHub much more a part of my day-to-day life for all kinds of date related expirations like passports, drivers license, insurance policies, etc. getting those items out of my calendar app and directly associated with a record inside LifeHub. Otherwise I have been scratching my head to see the value of keeping an annual subscription to a document vault that I will forget is even there once I set up the primary estate contents.

Hi @cpcollins54 and @N530LL,
We will work on Reminders and I do want to be sure that we capture all of the information needed to make them useful. A few questions:
- Do you track the bills for your subscriptions in Quicken? Should we add expiry dates to those? Or would you like another 'item' type called Subscriptions? My family just went through getting all of our streaming subscriptions aligned and cancelling a few duplicates and replacing some. I'm interested in whether and how LifeHub should help with this.
- Should we summarize the reminders in Quicken (share that info from LifeHub back to Quicken) and/or in email? How can we make them most useful for you both?
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your ideas. We are actively defining and building enhancements to LifeHub so we really appreciate it.

Good Morning - Bills & Subscriptions - as paid items, I use Simplifi and its management tools as there is no need for me to duplicate them in LifeHub. However, for folks that want to use LifeHub for this task, I would recommend cloning the Simplifi code that manages this well and will be a familiar experience for those who move back and forth between the two products.
So, to your second question I would stay with the Simplifi experience which sends email reminders of bills coming due for action. Psychologically this produces a feeling of 'trust' that the system is keeping track of important things by providing regular alerts and one is much more willing to add more and more 'life tasks' over time which justifies paying the subscription. This is for me the critical condition that will determine whether I keep the LifeHub service active after my trial subscription.
