Downloaded investment transactions do not scroll down - have to manually scroll
I am still experiencing the transaction scrolling problem on investment accounts. I am using Quicken Classic Premier, R 60.14, Build 27.1.60.14, and just upgraded to a Windows 11 PC.
In the investment accounts, if there are a lot of downloaded transactions (e.g., 30 today), Quicken only scrolls through the first 10 or so, no matter how large I make the downloaded transactions box. I process the transactions individually, and so it becomes really time-consuming to have to scroll down to find the next transaction to process. This used to work, but not since I upgraded to a Windows 11 environment.
On the investment transaction side, there is no “hide accepted” button.
Is this a setting in Quicken that I can fix? (I did try googling but found nothing that fit.) Any ideas as to what to do?
Thanks.

When I encounter these issues, mostly in Win10, I was able to get a better working UI by running in Windows Compatibility mode. Right click on the Quicken.exe executable, then try other libraries. See below:

no. I don’t want to do things like that. I think quicken should work properly, and that I shouldn’t have to fudge things.

Could you please specify exactly how you are scrolling? Are you using the middle mouse wheel, dragging the scroll bar, using your keyboard down key, etc? Does trying different ways to scroll make any difference or do you experience the same issue regardless?
Also, could you please provide a screenshot? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Thank you!

I'm trying to understand exactly what you are seeing. Let me know if I have the situation correct.
You start accepting transactions from the Downloaded Transactions tab into the register.
As you accept transactions Quicken goes to the next transaction in the Downloaded Transactions tab. And if needed the Downloaded Transaction tab list should automatically scroll, but when it gets to 11th transaction it stops scrolling down. Is this correct?
Also, when you accept the 10th transaction, and it doesn't scroll, is the cursor now hidden (basically on the next line you can't see)?

you have it right except for the last sentence. When it gets to be too many, the cursor goes back almost to the top, to investment transactions already marked as accepted. I have to manually scroll down to get to the next unaccepted transaction.

OK, that was another way that I might have expected to mess up.
I tried to reproduce this, and I can't. I suspect that @M$D is going down the right path. In other words, it has something to do with the GUI and window scaling.
What is the resolution of your screen, and what is the Windows scaling set to (100%, 150%, …) and are you using Large Fonts in Quicken?

I had increased the size of the fonts in Quicken, and then brought it back to the default. Didn't help. Only thing that helped a bit was to increase the size of the box for downloaded investment transactions. If it's a windows scaling or screen resolution issue, why does it work just fine on the non-investment side?

The investment register code and the non-investment register code is vastly different.
