Unable to update two Umpqua accounts that worked before
When I did an update, other accounts were successful. My Umpqua accounts didn't work, so I tried resetting them. Quicken then didn't recognize the old accounts and gave them new names and a fresh balance. I tried then to simply download transactions in a quicken file, and those accounts now have astronomically wrong balances. I like Quicken, but I don't know what to do now.

Do you have a backup that was created shortly before this began? If so, I'd start by restoring that file to a different name, so as to not overwrite your current file, and trying the download again.
Did you get any error messages or codes (either time)?
Also, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows as the Financial Institution across from your Umpqua account(s)? If that column isn't shown, you can add it via the OPTIONS button. What's shown in the "Transaction Download" column?

I did replace it with an earlier backup, and it was pretty close to correct. Just a few double entries I had to delete. Now the Umpqua accounts update correctly, although I have no idea of why🙂

Thanks for the follow-up and letting us know that this mystery was resolved, although we'll probably never know why.
