Cannot connect to Quicken Server (Windows) & Budget has no data (Online)

Running into a really annoying error where Quicken desktop says it cannot connect to Quicken server. And then online is missing data (also says cannot connect to server). No VPN or firewall issues on my side. I've tried multiple computers (and a phone on cellular). Is Quicken down?

You say "no VPN or firewall issues", but do you have a VPN or firewall at all?
And, I had no problem just now (8:09pm CST) in downloading from Q.
Clearly you CAN get online (you started this thread), but it looks to me like the issue is specific to your setup.
