Voya Download Connection

Hello, I am new on Voya, I just created my account a few months ago, when I log in to the website this is the URL, this URL does not exist in the Quicken Accounts configuration, the website refuses the connection when I try to add my accounts, I received the message that the login is not valid..the Voya website has instructions to add the downloads in Quicken, but they are not up to date or Quicken just does not support it anymore, any ideas? (note: I tried adding @voya in my user id as somebody mentioned in the discussion, but didn't work either.

I took the liberty of reviewing your account internally and can see you're using Quicken Classic for Windows so I went ahead and moved your post to the proper Windows category since this was originally posted in a Mac category.

Also, while reviewing your account, I noticed that you attempted to connect with 2 out of 3 instances— Voya Financial - OK Ret Fund and Voya LAUSD 457b Deferred Comp Plan. However, could you please try connecting with the first one shown in the screenshot below highlighted in blue— Voya Institutional Plan Services?
