Fidelity Credit Card connection fail

I've not been able to connect to / update from my Fidelity Credit Card account for about a month. I receive a CC-501 error indicating that it's not Elan Banks fault and don't contact them.

Due to the nature of this error message and the length of time you have been experiencing this issue, I suggest contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as an escalation may be in order.
