USAA CC-800 error
Good morning.
We've had a new error with our USAA download today. While the CC-506 and other errors have been plaguing us for months between USAA and PayPal Credit, with no resolution in sight, we're now faced with an additional error to complicate the simple process of banking.
With USAA, it's become a daily routine to perform a download. Firs dowload we get the error message, the dots beside the account continue to appear, showing new information but the date of the last update will not renew.
So, we deactivate all the accounts, reactivate them, perform a successful download, receive a text and email notification from USAA, often times several hours later, notifying us we have added this to our account.
The only problem is, the next download the whole mess begins again and as mentioned above, this has been the scenario for months.
Somethiong else to mention, when we reset or reactivate accounts, the system will just delete, add or double up on transactions, sometimes months and even years after the transaction was reconciled. This causes us to spend hours trying to tie transactions out and get our accounts to balance. In some cases, after spending hours, we remain unable to reconcile and balance and the effort to find the transaction(s) creating the issue will take weeks to locate.
