Citi reauthorization requirement

An estimated 3 times per week, I receive a notification that I need to reauthorize access to my Citi cards for updates on my account. Is the problem on Citi's end or Quicken's end? How do I fix it? I am about ready to stop using my Citi cards if I need to continually reauthorize to get updated information on my Citi accounts.

    Which types of Citi card accounts do you have?

    AFAIK, Your Costco Citi card should be activated using "Costco Anywhere Visa card by Citi".
    All other Citi cards should be activated using "Citi Cards" or the appropriate name from the list showing in the Add Account dialog when searching for Citi.

    The image below is an example of the many Citi selections you have in Quicken for Windows. Take your pick from the list showing for your Mac.
