After working with chat support what finally resolved it was doing a copy/template of the data file. This allowed me to delete the errant billers but did require me to reconnect all my bank accounts to online services.

To create a copy/template of the file:
    Here are the steps:
    Go to file
Click "copy or back up file..."
    Select "create copy or template"
Choose the location in your computer.
    Save copy.
    Select New Copy.

    Hello @nathanbower,

Due to this issue occurring with two separate billers, I believe this may be due to an online services issue or a data file issue.

First, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    • Navigate to Edit
    • Preferences...
    • Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    • Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    • Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    • Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Let me know how it goes!
